Mini Pastilla with Vegetables
Ingredients:
- Pastilla or brick paper
- Grated carrot + 3 small yellow, green and red peppers + grated zucchini + chopped onion + chopped canned mushrooms
- Olive oil
- Spices: a teaspoon of each type {black pepper + ground coriander + salt + optional hot pepper + paprika}
- Chopped green olives + a spoonful of thyme
Method:
On the fire, we take a pan in which we put the oil and the onions and stir until they wilt, then add all the vegetables, the chopped canned mushrooms and the spices when they are lightly cooked and the water dries completely. - Add the olives and thyme, and let them cool so that the pastilla sheets do not tear.
We take the pastilla paper and cut it into four pieces {for each pastilla we need two pieces} We take a piece, spread it, paint it with oil, put the filling in the middle and gather it like a round bun. Then we take another piece greased with oil, put the first stuffed piece on it, wrap it on top and continue until we stuff all the pieces and put them in the oven tray at 170 degrees until they become golden and serve them hot. .
